DESIGN APPROACH

FACADE DESIGN

Inspired by the nearby waterpark's flowing forms and the dynamic energy of the Formula 1 racetrack below, the facade design creates a unique public experience that blends smoothly with its surroundings.

The building reflects the racetrack’s winding shape by splitting into two towers linked by a central open space, symbolizing the fast movement of a vortex. This design combines fluidity, motion, and connectivity, balancing visual appeal with practical use. The result is a structure that goes beyond conventional architecture, thoughtfully responding to the vibrant environment and the changing needs of its users.

  • RHYTHM

Echoes the energetic language of the F1 track

  • VORTEX

Reacts to the acceleration of the F1 track, creating a vacuum-like form.

  • FLOW

Considers the adjacent waterpark, merging aquatic fluidity with high octane racing
